I got my makeup done for my wedding and absolutely loved it! Mariah is very communicative and friendly. She also has a fast response time. She takes her time doing the makeup which I love. I am definitely looking forward to using her services again!
Helpful and customer-service oriented. What a fabulous service offered by the Roxy beauty team! Check out their social media account for more visuals! Their glam squad did my makeup for my engagement photo shoot and they were helpful from beginning of the project (vision, communication, responsiveness) to the end (full face glam ready)! The compliments and support I received after my pictures hit social media was just the icing on top of a wonderful business partnership! I will continue to use their services and recommend them highly!
Just got micro shading for the first time and my experience and results were amazing!!! Angie was the best, very patient and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable being it was my first experience. Angie outlined my eyebrows to make sure I was happy with the shape before she continued ☺️I was very satisfied with the results . Oh, I forgot to mention how adorable and clean this place is. The owner Roxanne , made sure that I had a wonderful experience and I was happy. I would definitely go back being that they offer plenty of other services.
The girl who did my brows did a terrible job and left a ton of scarring. My initial review was somewhat positive but after finding out how badly she scarred me I left a more honest one. Edit: Management is *crazy* wow, DO NOT COME HERE. A word of advice to said management: Please focus more on vetting and training your tattooists. I had my brows appraised as part of the removal process at a highly reputable studio and they told me the brows were too long, too dark and the tattooist had left heavy scarring. I amended my previous review to reflect this. Your over-reactive response to my review comes across as defensive and quite frankly *extremely trashy* and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau post-haste.
I had such an amazing experience at Roxy’s Beauty Bar! It was the perfect balance of professionalism and feeling welcomed in a family. The place was chic and spotlessly clean. I had my brows waxed (for the first time ever!) by Liz. It was quick and painless with beautiful results. Mariah gave me a glam that had me feeling like I was ready for a the runway. Overall, I had such a fun time, I felt like I had a girls day with my friends even though it was just me. Anyone looking to feel pampered, but come out looking like a star, this is your place!
